Kristen and Peter, Married, Farmhouse -By -The- Sea

Kristen and Peter’s day was nothing short of spectacular. When I first met Kristen and Peter they were still searching for the perfect venue. Being from out of state they wanted something that captured the essence of RI, for both them and their guests to enjoy. The Farmhouse- By The- Sea was the absolute perfect fit. The entire day, was just a dream. From their heartfelt ceremony which left hardly a dry eye in the church, to the amazing reception at the beautiful farm house. Guests enjoyed a day filled with music, wonderful food and so much love. Kristen and Peter it was such an honor to be a part of your day. I wish you both a lifetime of happiness.

Rita and Dave’s Blithewold Wedding

Rita and Dave were married at the beautiful Blithewold Mansion in Bristol, Rhode Island. Not a detail was overlooked. Rita and Dave infused so much of their personalities into the day. Perhaps one of the most memorable parts of the day came during the vows. Rita surprised everyone as she pulled out a six foot scroll in which she had written her vows on. The look on Dave’s face was priceless and a moment I am sure no one will soon forget. From a family member officiating, to her lovely niece singing a solo to them at the reception, to the handmade wedding caked baked with love by her Mom, the day was just overflowing with love. Rita and Dave it was an honor to be a part of your day. I loved every moment. Congratulations. It is such an honor to witness such genuine love.

Rachael and Jake: Married Loon Pond Lodge

Rachael and Jake’s beautiful day was the perfect start to the 2016 season. So much joy and love between these two, the perfect couple. They were both so laid back and easy going and just so happy to get married. Salong KG did such an amazing job on the girls. I couldn’t get enough of the beautiful florals designed by Euphorbia. Kathleen and Mike: Crowne Plaza Winter Wedding

What an incredible way to end the 2015 season, celebrating the marriage of two of the kindest, warmest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There is something extra romantic about a winter wedding. Perhaps it’s the coziness, the festiveness of the holidays in the air, or maybe just the extra love that seeems to bring people together. Whatever it is, Mike and Kathleen’s wedding was full of warmth and romance and was certainly felt throughout the day. I met Kathleen in the bridal suite at the Crowne Plaza, which is such a beautiful space to photograph the ‘getting ready’ part of the day. The gold accents in the room, naturally complimented all the details and colors Kathleen had chosen. Jay from Golden Gate studios presented the most beautiful all white,classic bouquet. Absolutely stunning. Kathleen and Mike were married in St. Mary’s church, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The perfect touch for their winter wedding. One thing that was incredibly important to both Mike and Kathleen was including their sweet fur baby Trixie ( who also starred in their engagement photos) so we made a quick stop by their home to do just that. The unusual warm December tempertures made outdoor photos possible and we took full advantage. Once the sun went down we went into the beautiful RI State House for more photos. Guests were then invited back to the Crowne Plaza for a night of dinner and dancing. Twinly lights, stunnning bouquets and warm uplighting provided the most amazinf reception space. I could not get over how warm and festive the room felt. It was truly perfect in every way. Kathleen and Mike, I wish you the best. Thank you for sharing your day with us it was an honor to be such a big part.

Laura and Brandon Married: Latitude 41

Laura and Brandon had their beautiful fall wedding in the charming town of Mystic at Latitude 41. I met Laura and her ladies at a beautiful house they had rented for the weekend, over looking the water. It was just perfect. We then made our way to St. Vincent’s Church where they had a lovely ceremony, taking their vows in front of all their friends and family. After the ceremony we headed to Latitude 41 where we utilized the beautiful Mystic Seaport. It’s the most perfect backdrop for wedding photos. I could have photographed them all day long. After a wonderful walk around the Seaport we rejoined the guests for a night of dancing, food and fun. Laura and Brandon thank you so much for having me. I wish you a lifetime of happiness together.

Katelyn and Ryan’s fall engagement session

We braved some cold temps for this session but the light was just magical and worth the numb fingers. I think Onyx ( their beautiful shepherd) was happy to be included too, as well as warm. Katelyn and Ryan were so natural in front of the camera and I can’t wait for their wedding next year. They have an ease about them that was so much fun to be around. Serena and Dave: Married Quidnessett Country Club

Serena and Dave had the most perfect fall wedding. One of my favorite parts of the day was a letter Dave had written to Serena which she read moments before putting on her gown. She laughed, she cried and it was just the sweetest moment to have before setting out to marry the love of her life. The ceremony was at the beautiful St. Mary’s by the Sea in Narrgansett. For photos Serena and Dave wanted a backdrop with water views but also with boats and docks. I thought Wickford would be the perfect spot as we headed to Quidnessett. We hit Wickford at precisely the right time, just as the light was softening provideing the perfect setting for their photos. Serena truly glowed all day long in a stunning gown, handmade by her aunt, and Dave couldn’t have smiled more. I was so happy to be a part of their incredible day. Thank you both and I wish you a lifetime of happiness together.

Erica and Greg: Newborn Lifestyle

Newborn lifestyle sessions are one of my favorite things to photograph. Those early days with a new life are some of the most precious moments in ones lifetime. Documenting those tiny details for families is such a joy. Erica and Greg are such natural parents and as soon as I stepped into their home there was nothing but calm and happiness which translated right into their sweet little girl. In fact, never in my photography career have I captured so many smiles in a newborn. Here are a few of my favorites from the morning. Congratulations Erica and Greg. She is absoutely perfect and so lucky to have you both as parents.

Heather and Ryan: Married The Towers Narragansett

Heather and Ryan hold a very special place in my heart. Actually their entire family does. I had the unique opportunity to photograph three weddings in their family just THIS season. Pretty much a photographers dream. While Heather and Ryan were the first to book with me, they were the last of the couples to get married. The pressure was on as the first two weddings were absolutely perfect. I wanted nothing more than Heather and Ryan’s day to be the same. All eyes were on mother nature to see if she would deliver. She SO did. We had the most spectacular fall day and everything was picture perfect for their seaside Narragansett wedding. Narragansett is very special place to Heather and Ryan and the Towers were the perfect backdrop. I feel so honored to have been such a big part of these families most special memories. Thank you for allowing me this incredible privilege it was a joy to work with you over this year. Your love for eachother is incredible and truly an honor to be around. I wish you both the absolute best.
